Return Policy



Bright Light Chandeliers wants to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. To begin the return process, email Upon sending your email, you can expect a response within 48 hours with instructions on how and where to return your order.

You can expect your refund to be processed towards your credit card used for the purchase once your order arrives to our warehouse and is inspected.

Please note that you are responsible for any costs related to shipping any items back. Any shipping fees paid at the time of order is not eligible for a refund.

Please note: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Also, any items returned without authorization, returned to the incorrect location or returned in a damaged or unsellable condition may still be subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your refund or no refund able to be issued.


The following items are not eligible for a Return/Refund:

  • Items that have been installed or assembled
  • Items that have their wires cut
  • Items that are custom and made to order
  • Items with a quantity of 6 or more of the same item
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  • Items purchased on Clearance
  • Item must be in resellable condition
  • Replacement parts and glass


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process a claim on your behalf.


Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
