Shipping Information: Bright Light Chandeliers offer our customers free shipping on orders over $199.00. This free shipping is applicable to orders shipping to the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. Orders shipping to: Nunavut, Northwest Territories or the Yukon are excluded from this free shipping offer. Shipping quotes are available for these exempt areas. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment within 3 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Transit shipping times are between 3-9 business days.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@brightlightchandeliers.com.
